Kinky Regimen

Hey guys. I hope you are alright. Thought you should know how I keep up with haircare whilst in twists.

I moisturise every two days, by spraying my hair with my spritz bottle mix. My spritz bottle is pretty basic containing a mixture of water, conditioner and oil. I spray on my scalp and on the twists, so that it gets to the body of the hair. When it's bed time I sleep with my satin bonnet as always.

I wash my hair twice a week with diluted shampoo (shampoo and water) in my spritz bottle. I spray my entirescalp making sure it is completely saturated. Then I begin working in sections rubbing the diluted shampoo on my scalp. I keep adding the mixture making sure it lathers. When I am done with all the sections, I oil my scalp.

Note: I only oil my scalp the day or the day after I wash my hair. Don't clog your scalp with oil, it is not necessary. Also don't deprive either.
